Zoom Pro FAQ

How much is Zoom Pro per year?

$159.96 per user per year on annual billing ($13.33 x 12). Monthly billing costs $203.88 per user per year ($16.99 x 12).

Can I get Zoom Pro for just one user?

Yes. Unlike Business plans which require 10 seats minimum, Pro has no minimum seat requirement. A single user can sign up for Pro.

Does Zoom Pro include phone?

No. Zoom Phone is a separate add-on starting at $10/user/month. If you need Phone, consider Business Plus ($22.49/user/month) which bundles it.

Is Zoom Pro worth it over the free plan?

If you regularly run group meetings longer than 40 minutes, yes. The upgrade also adds cloud recording (5GB), analytics, and AI Companion basics. If you mainly do 1:1 calls, the free plan has no time limit on those.
